FB Tests run 37610261880 has one failure: PMM-T1884 (@service-account). With a disabled service account, pmm-admin list now ends with "Please check PMM Server logs." where the test expects "Please check username and password.". I reproduced it on a clean VM with this build's client. 3.9.1 and pre-#5707 clients against the same server print the expected text.

The cause is not this PR, and percona/pmm#6072 isn't involved. percona/pmm#5707, merged to main today, now picks the CLI hint from the gRPC code, and pmm-managed reports Grafana's 400 for a disabled token as Internal. Filed as product bug PMM-15692. Until that is fixed, every FB based on current main will fail this test.
