Cant startup when specified adb server port

Describe the bug

throwing ECONNREFUSE for 127.0.0.1:5037, but my adb port has set to some other ports

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Set env var ANDROID_ADB_SERVER_PORT to any number
2. Kill ADB server
3. boot APK Installer

Expected behavior

Boot the installer and install app

要改的的地方特别多，所有AdbClient都要自定义端口，我用的时候基本都是随手new一个，现在成屎山了。。。
