Description of the problem being solved:
Adds support for the following foulborn unique mods:
Chin Sol - more damage not at close range
Doomsower - damage recoup per socketed red gem
Rigwald's Savagery - melee hits can't be evaded with a sword
Rive - increased duration for physical skills per intelligence
Formless Flame - inc totem life per overcapped totem fire res
Ghostwrithe - max ES = 50% max Life
Gruthkul's - warcries are disabled
Kintsugi - suppression effect if not suppressed recently
The Infinite Pursuit - ele ailment immune if bleeding
Choir of the Storm - Increased Mana by Overcapped Lightning Res
