Description of the problem being solved:
Parses added fire per life and fire exposure at max rage mods for The Grey Wind Spectral Axe.
I'm not sure if the apply function in CalcPerform needs to happen twice but it is needed after the Max Rage flag is set about halfway inside doActorMisc. Maybe we only need it the once at the end, or we need to keep the one at the beginning for some other logic in the function.
