feat(dashboard): edit routing and DNS per application

Superseded by #759

The application routing editor, native/Happ document delivery and atomic assignment workflow are now included in #759 together with optional Xray/Sing-box server-group generators. Review and merge that complete application workflow in one PR.

The combined implementation resolves the shared API, storage, source selection and preview contracts. It also includes the follow-up fixes for draft preservation, concurrent updates, legacy Sing-box group behavior and stable group routing identifiers.

This PR is closed without merging. Its commits are retained in the history of #759; the branch remains available for reference.
