Add an ability to customize client's subscription config

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I have a proxy server with a panel and node on the same machine. Sharing it with friends using a subscription system is convenient, but I'm having problems accessing local sites. To make them available without disabling the proxy, I would need server-side routing to a second node (which I don't have) located in the user's country.

I know there are routing rule settings in the CLIENT config that's automatically generated by the panel's subscription system, and those would perfectly suit my needs, but I can't find a way to edit them.

Add a field to customize the auto-generated Xray client config in subscriptions.

You can set CUSTOM_TEMPLATES_DIRECTORY="/var/lib/pasarguard/templates/" then put xray/default.json to this directory. Template contains all except proxy outbound that will be added automatically. One problem this template is same for every host. So we need to wait for #278 for more fexible usage
