fix(mobile): launch the agent row picked, not the first with its preset - #9485
When a host has two agents with the same preset, such as "Claude (A)" and "Claude (B)" with different env, or any two custom agents, the mobile app can only launch the first one (#9262). The picker saved only the preset, so every launch took the first row with that preset.
What changed
The picker keeps the picked row id per host, next to the preset. The preset still carries to other hosts and still keys model and effort.
One resolver, selectAgentConfig, picks the row for every launch. It uses the remembered row when it is on this host with the selected preset, and otherwise the preset's first row, as before.
The new-chat composer, the workspace new-session sheet, Ask Agent on a pull request, and Finish Review send that row id to the host. The host already resolves a row id before a preset.
Scope
Mobile only. No host or API change.
Saved preferences from before this change have no row ids, so they keep today's behavior until the user picks again.
Analytics events still record the preset.
Blast Radius
Every mobile launch that names a host agent now sends a row id where it sent a preset. When the remembered row is gone or has another preset, it falls back to the preset's first row, which is today's behavior.
Verification
A selectAgentConfig test picks the second of two rows that share a preset. It fails on the old first-row rule and passes with the fix. The mobile suite passes (261 tests), and turbo typecheck --filter=@superset/mobile and biome are clean.
Not checked in the iOS simulator. That needs a real host-service with two same-preset agents registered against a local API, which this setup did not have.
Fixes the mobile agent picker so launches use the selected agent row instead of the first row sharing its preset.
Stores the selected row per host while keeping the preset as the cross-host selection and model/effort preference key.
New chat, new-session flows, Ask Agent, and Finish Review use the selected row when available, or fall back to the preset’s first row.
Launches wait for pending host configs when a row was picked and use that row’s model and effort; Finish Review skips the launch if its sheet closes while waiting.
Mobile only; no host or API changes. Existing saved preferences without row ids keep the previous behavior until another agent is picked.
Written for commit 5c60405. Summary will update on new commits.

New Features
Agent configuration choices are saved per host and restored when you select an agent for that host.
You can select individual configurations even when they share the same agent preset.
New chats, terminal workspaces, review sessions, and pull request agent sessions use the selected host configuration when available, including its model and effort preferences.
If a saved configuration is unavailable, the app falls back to a matching agent preset.
Two host agents can share a presetId ("Claude (A)" and "Claude (B)" with
different env, or any two custom agents). The picker saved only the preset,
so the composer, Ask Agent and Finish Review took the first row with it, and
the workspace + sheet sent the preset, which the host resolves to the lowest
displayOrder row.
The picker now also keeps the picked row id per machine id. Launches send
that row id when it is still on the host with the selected preset, else the
preset's first row, as before. The preset stays the cross-host pick and the
key for model and effort.

The mobile app now stores agent configuration selections per host. The picker and launch flows resolve those selections and pass configuration IDs to launch requests when available.

Summary
Persist and select host configurations apps/mobile/screens/(authenticated)/(home)/home/components/NewChatWidget/stores/newSessionPreferencesStore/*, apps/mobile/screens/(authenticated)/utils/selectAgentConfig/*, apps/mobile/screens/(authenticated)/(home)/new-session/agent/AgentPickerScreen.tsx
The preferences store persists a configuration ID per host. selectAgentConfig matches the saved row and preset, then falls back to the first row for the preset. The picker displays and saves the selected row for the current host.
Pass selected configuration into home launches apps/mobile/screens/(authenticated)/(home)/home/components/NewChatWidget/*, apps/mobile/screens/(authenticated)/hooks/useAgentLaunchPreferences/*, apps/mobile/screens/(authenticated)/hooks/useCreateTerminalWorkspace/*, apps/mobile/screens/(authenticated)/stores/pendingWorkspaceCreatesStore/*
The home flow resolves the selected configuration and derives launch preferences from it. Workspace creation passes its ID to agents.run, falling back to agentId when no configuration ID is supplied.
Resolve configurations in workspace launch flows apps/mobile/screens/(authenticated)/utils/resolveAgentConfig/*, apps/mobile/screens/(authenticated)/workspace/[id]/finish-review/FinishReviewSheet.tsx, apps/mobile/screens/(authenticated)/workspace/[id]/new-session/NewSessionSheet.tsx, apps/mobile/screens/(authenticated)/workspace/[id]/pull-request/[pullRequestId]/hooks/useAskAgent/useAskAgent.ts
The finish-review and ask-agent flows resolve the selected host configuration and pass its ID when available. The new-session sheet uses preset IDs for launch values and progress indicators.

…unch the picked row
resolveAgentConfig holds today's rule: with no configs yet there is no
row to match, so the launch falls back to the preset and the host starts
its first row. The test fails on the row the user picked.
…ked row
A send made before the host's agent configs answered found no row to
match, so it sent the preset and the host launched its first row. The
composer, Ask Agent and Finish Review now resolve the row at launch: when
a row was picked on this host and the configs are still pending, they
wait for that fetch. With no pick, or once the query has failed, the
launch goes ahead with the preset as before.

Preserve the picked row on phone-started chat launches.
When experimental chat uses a supported preset and the host does not start chats, the existing phone-started path ignores agentConfigId. A user who picks the second row for a preset can therefore start the preset harness instead of that row.
Route explicit row picks through a launch that accepts the row ID, or warn the user before sending.
