…i.json cli.json at the root is a fumadocs CLI config left there by #759 when the docs moved. It points at ./components/ui, which does not exist at the root, and @fumadocs/cli is not installed. The real config is apps/docs/cli.json. HOOKS_INVESTIGATION.md is the background for a plan that #6072 finished. It now sits next to that plan in apps/desktop/plans/done/, and the plan's link points to the new path.

The fix has shipped and the plan records it. The plan's one link to this file now gives the background in a sentence instead.How I tested it
