…e context menu "Remove from Sidebar" on a project row was a lossy hide: it tombstoned every worktree, unpinned mains and deleted all sections, while the project itself survived on the host. Users read the label as "remove" and then had to go to settings to delete for real, losing their groups on the way. - Replace it with "Hide from Sidebar": flips a new `isHidden` flag on the local placement row and touches nothing else, so unhiding restores the project with its groups, pins and order intact. Hiding shows an undo toast; hiding the project you are inside lands you on the workspaces list. - Add a "N hidden projects" row at the foot of the project list that lists hidden projects and restores one per click. Hidden state survives reload. - Any path that would add the project to the sidebar (setup on this device, opening one of its workspaces, an agent creating a worktree) reveals it. - Hidden projects drop out of the visible-workspace set, so their workspaces stop raising notifications until shown again. - Add "Delete Project…" to the context menu for organization owners, sharing one confirmation dialog with project settings. The copy states how many worktrees leave the disk, that the repository folder is kept, that dirty worktrees stay on disk, and how many offline devices keep their copy. - Delete the now-unused tombstoning removal path and its tests; add tests for the hide flag and the ensure-reveals-hidden rule. - Translate the eight new strings into all 16 locales. Deleting for real lives only in project settings, and an agency user asked for an "archive" for dormant customer repos. Project folders (#4018) are out of scope here.
