Estimated code review effort: 4 (Complex) | ~60 minutes Merge Risk: 🟠 High · up to This PR changes shared webhook ingestion, recovery, schedule validation, option loading, and database rollout behavior. At the current head, unresolved paths can accept malformed schedules, permit request-body memory exhaustion, delay or lose event dispatches during failures, and risk API incompatibility during migration, with additional picker correctness issues. The PR should not merge until the major issues are fixed or explicitly accepted. Sequence Diagram(s)sequenceDiagram

🗄️ Data Integrity & Integration | 🟠 Major | ⚡ Quick win
A partial failure returns 200 and drops the failed connection's event.
When one connection fails before the insert, the runner returns 200. The provider does not retry. ingestAutomationEvent only leaves an event for the sweep after a successful insert (apps/api/src/lib/automations/ingestAutomationEvent.ts lines 38-65), so a throw inside normalize or recordAutomationEvent leaves no row and no recovery path.
The Sentry route returns at most one connection, so this cannot happen yet. It becomes reachable as soon as a provider fans out to several connections. Consider returning 500 when any connection reports failed, and rely on the duplicate no-op in recordAutomationEvent to make the redelivery safe for the connections that already succeeded.

Thank you for your contribution! 🎉 |
Eight inbound routes each hand-rolled the same steps — cap, verify, parse, find connections, record, dispatch, respond — and drifted on what to do when the QStash handoff failed. providerWebhook() owns those mechanics; a provider declares verify, connections and normalize and nothing else. The handoff is the one step neither the sender nor QStash retries, so the event row now stores its dispatch input and is marked dispatched_at after a successful publish; the evaluate tick re-dispatches unmarked rows. Sentry is migrated as the worked example; the other providers follow.
…options call Reshapes the runner into what every provider actually shares: the tail (ingestAutomationEvent: record → dispatch → mark dispatched_at, with a skip outcome for permanent provider failures), plain verify/body helpers, one verifyQstash, and one integration.triggerOptions procedure backed by a per-group source map that the editor fetches lazily for the kinds on screen. Sentry is on all of it; the request-owning runner is gone.

…e and error handler - packages/shared/src/integrations.ts: INTEGRATIONS roster (provider, label, description, category, webPath) — single source for the web index page, desktop Settings > Integrations, and settings-search's id/variant/item lists. - Desktop Settings > Integrations now renders every roster provider: adds Sentry, Notion, and Microsoft Teams rows (status via their getConnection procedures) with matching settings-search entries. - providers/components/Sentence collapses the per-provider SentencePart/renderPart/unknown-event-fallback copies; each provider keeps only its slot-to-chip switch. - Web IntegrationErrorHandler replaces the seven per-provider ErrorHandler copies, with exhaustive per-provider callback key unions; adds the missing github/linear `unauthorized` messages and linear's `sync_queued_failed` warning, and unifies on the toast-before-replaceState order so deferred toasts are not cleaned up before they show. …ction procedures apps/api gains lib/integrations: requireOrgMember (connect preamble), resolveCallback (callback preamble on findOrgMembership), upsertConnection (one upsert with the google/non-google conflict target and cross-org exclusivity by default), upsertIdentity (the five user_identities upserts). Every provider that skipped the exclusivity check (Linear, Notion, Sentry, Google) now refuses an external org already linked to another organization. packages/trpc gains integration/token-refresh (withRefreshedToken under the advisory lock, one REFRESH_BUFFER_MS, shared markDisconnected) applied to Linear and Sentry — a successful Sentry refresh now clears disconnectedAt — and integration/connections (activeConnection filtering disconnectedAt IS NULL, getConnectionProcedure, disconnectProcedure) applied across the provider routers, keeping Linear's needsReconnect shape and the Linear/Teams disconnect side effects. …dentity matching
Actor is just a scope now: triggerActorSchema/TriggerActor are gone, every
actor/assignee/attendee/mentionedUser field is a triggerScopeSchema, and the
scope union loses null — {mode:"any"} | {mode:"list", ids}, defaulting to any.
Matchers drop MatchContext/actorAllows/identityProvider and take (config,
event); Google's per-account isolation moves off the matchable (ownsAccount,
accountEmail deleted) onto the dispatcher, which grows an optional ownerUserId
narrowing that the Google normalizers set from connection.connectedByUserId —
without it one member's calendar and mail events would fan across the org.
describeTriggerProblems keeps its signature and wording but its "Specify at
least one …" rules become a REQUIREMENTS data table; the schedule COUNT/UNTIL
rule stays code. saveTriggerSet refuses kinds absent from the new
LAUNCHED_TRIGGER_KINDS list in shared constants. Desktop's ActorChip is
deleted in favour of ScopeChip (anyLabel "Anyone"), whose untick-any path now
emits {mode:"list", ids:[]}; grammar defaults follow. Data-only migration 0087
rewrites stored configs: null/"anyone"/"me" → {"mode":"any"}, {"ids":[…]} →
{"mode":"list","ids":[…]} (generated, not applied).
