Summary

Replaces the static README hero with a 29s looping product film (1280px GIF, 9.6MB) covering the product story in eight captioned beats, each on its own hue of the site's dithered-shader backdrop:

  1. Describe the task — a real task typed into the home prompt and dispatched
  2. Agents build in parallel, each in its own worktree — Claude + OpenCode streaming in split panes
  3. Monitor every agent from one place — hop to the Codex workspace mid-Stripe-migration
  4. Put the recurring work on a schedule — the Automations page with schedules and stat cards
  5. Dispatch from your terminal — the superset CLI creating a workspace and launching Codex
  6. Or let your agent orchestrate its own swarm — Claude itself running superset CLI commands to spin up and check on a Codex agent
  7. Review the diffs — full-width diff viewer, scrolling through the changeset
  8. Comment on a line, your agent takes it from there — drag-select diff lines, type feedback in the inline composer, send; the prompt lands in the running Claude session with file/line context and it starts working

How it was made

Same staged-demo-org pipeline as #6378 — every beat is real app state: real dispatch, real Claude/Codex/OpenCode sessions, real Automations rows via the API (deleted after), a real line-comment sent through the diff composer to a live session. CLI beat recorded with vhs against a sandboxed shim. Backdrops rendered with the repo's beautify-screenshot shader machinery.

No real data appears; demo org fully torn down after capture.

Testing

  • Reviewed all eight beats at full size; captions crisp; no real data or PII in frame
  • 9.6MB, under GitHub's 10MB GIF render limit; autoplays and loops
