[feat] Add more default themes & improve mass import #4279
Description
Describe the feature
It would be great if superset had more themes out of the box.
It's also a pain adding "theme packs" - you have to add themes 1 at a time in the app. Simple fix would be to allow selecting multiple when clicking import
I created 60 based on whats popular in other apps as a starting point: https://github.com/phyous/superset-themes. feel free to use all/some as a starting point
