[feat] allow display-p3 colorspace #3797

Describe the feature

I'm use Ghostty as well as Superset. In Ghostty, I use the Snazzy theme and i have defined window-colorspace = display-p3 setting (https://ghostty.org/docs/config/reference#window-colorspace)

I have more vibrant, deeper colors in the terminal UI with the P3 colorspace.

What it would take to get the Ghostty-equivalent behavior in Superset:
Chromium (and therefore Electron) takes a --force-color-profile=display-p3 command-line switch. Adding one line to the main process before app.whenReady() would do it app-wide:

app.commandLine.appendSwitch("force-color-profile", "display-p3");

That's the closest 1:1 to Ghostty's window-colorspace = display-p3. Could be setting (e.g. terminal.colorProfile: "srgb" | "display-p3") that flips that switch on macOS.

Without it, the theme colors will keep being interpreted as sRGB on Superset's desktop regardless of what hex values we put in the JSON themes.
