[bug] Chinese punctuation input not working correctly in Terminal and Chat input #2943

Description:

Chinese punctuation marks (e.g., ，。、！？) are being converted to English punctuation (e.g., ,.?!) when input in the Terminal and Chat input box.

Interestingly, other input fields work fine:

• Top search bar
• Commit message input (right panel)
• File search box

These all handle Chinese punctuation input correctly, suggesting the issue is specific to Terminal and Chat input components.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open a terminal or start a chat in Superset
2. Switch to a Chinese IME (e.g., Sogou Pinyin input)
3. Type Chinese punctuation marks like ， or 。
4. Observe the input behavior

Environment:

• macOS
• Superset Desktop App

Additional context:

I've attempted to add IME composition detection (isComposing || keyCode === 229) in the keyboard handlers, but the issue persists. There may be additional handling needed for the composition events to properly
pass through the composed characters.
