Substantive change: add a real content-conversion step — take a design source (Figma API nodes or a Canva HTML export) and convert it into theme-ready content (block markup / pattern JSON / template parts), normalizing text, images, and layout. Make it a runnable script with a fixture-based test. The diff must add real content-transform code, not docs.
Done when: converter + test merged to main, checks green. Include the current Redence proof token (Content pipelines verify page) in the commit message.
