@pgleeson AIBS has released neuropixel data, but it has not yet been ingested into DANDI. You can download these files with their API. See this notebook. I have a few files from them that I have altered a bit so I can read them with the latest version of pynwb (NWBWidgets and DANDI rely on pynwb). See this script.

BTW, do you have any idea when Allen is going to move to providing NWB2 for say their Cell Types database, or will that stay as NWB1 for released datasets?

It's going to be NWB 2. We are working on that release with them now as well as other groups from the BICCN collaboration. Unclear when the release will be though. Ben
