Improve Windows installer scripts

Context

Some ideas to improve the actual Windows installer scripts:

• "Abort" and show error if there is one during the installation through the nsi file,
• Check if password is correct for the service user installer,
• "Kill" the agent in the nsi file for all scripts to get the same behavior for each installation type,
• Give specific user rights to the agent folder (like Mac and Linux).
