the start (but there was a typo in .gitignore file)
Added support for color schemes (run sysplotter_config to select a color; if you already have a sysplotter_config.mat file in your directory, sysplotter will not run unless you run sysplotter_config). Also cleaned up some behavior of sysplotter_config
