Mobile app migration from /webrest to /api

This work is required to migrate the mobile app integration from cti-server to nethcti-middleware without breaking existing login flows.

Scope

1. update ctiapp-authproxy API paths from /webrest/... to /api/...;
2. switch auth flow from legacy token to JWT (/api/login + Bearer token);
3. align QR-code flow between nethvoice-cti (QR generation) and ctiapp-authproxy (QR handling), since current QR payloads may still contain legacy non-JWT tokens.

Test Cases

1. Install and sign in to NethLink on the test instance.
   Verify that the app works correctly after login (account access, data loading, and main features are operational without errors).
2. Test mobile login via CTI QR code.
   The standard app is NethVoice, but for this specific test scenario you must use Cloud Softphone.

Before testing, set the required environment variable in the module:

Then generate the QR code from CTI, scan it with Cloud Softphone, and verify successful login/pairing.
