build: Node.js 26 in CI, pnpm 11.28.0, @types/node 26 (issue #10) - #119

Node 22 -> 26 (.nvmrc, which every workflow's setup-node and verify:linux read): 26.10.0 is the newest Node; it becomes LTS in late October. This PC has built and verified on 26 throughout, and CI passed on 26.10.0 on 2026-09-29 (issue #10). The toolchain check stays quiet at 26 (newest LTS 24) and proposes the next LTS major, 28, when it comes. npm stays the one Node brings (11.19 with 26.10.0). pnpm 11.27.1 -> 11.28.0: the newest 11.x past the 5-day wait (11.28.1/.2 are three days old and fix nothing this project uses); the weekly toolchain run brings 11.28.2 on its own. @types/node ^22 -> ^26.6.3, to match. Lockfile: only @types/node and its undici-types 8.9.0 (from July), and the packages that list it as a peer. Lint, typecheck, 935 unit tests and the build pass on Node 26.7.0.
