fix(react_agent): raise on truncated LLM output (finish_reason='length') - #2519
react_agent never checked finish_reason, so a reply cut off at max_tokens was parsed as if it were complete: a truncated Final Answer: was returned as the result, and a truncated Action Input: was passed to the tool.
agent_node now raises RuntimeError("LLM output truncated (finish_reason='length'). ...") when the LLM response has finish_reason == LLMFinishReason.LENGTH, matching what tool_calling_agent already does (#1757). The check runs once after either _stream_llm call, before parsing.
Testing
Added test_agent_node_raises_on_truncated_output to packages/nvidia_nat_langchain/tests/agent/test_react.py (first-call case); it fails on develop and passes with this change.
Added test_agent_node_raises_on_truncated_output_in_agentic_cycle, covering a truncated reply mid tool loop; it verifies the error is raised and no tool is invoked.

Summary by CodeRabbit
Bug Fixes
Truncated AI responses now produce a clear error instead of being parsed as complete. The error identifies the truncated output and includes up to the first 500 characters. This behavior applies both on an initial response and during an agentic cycle after tool activity.

Walkthrough
The ReAct agent checks each LLM response’s finish reason before parsing. If the reason is length, it raises a RuntimeError that includes up to 500 characters of the response content. Tests cover an initial response and an agentic cycle with prior tool activity.
The agent checks the response finish reason before parsing and raises a RuntimeError when it is length. Tests verify the error for initial and agentic-cycle responses. The cycle test also checks that the LLM call receives the scratchpad.
No actionable merge-blocking issue remains after the type-hint concern was resolved.

Explanation
The change satisfies the coding requirements in [#2518]. agent_node checks response_metadata["finish_reason"] after each _stream_llm response and before ReAct parsing. It raises RuntimeError when the value is LLMFinishReason.LENGTH. The tests cover initial output and output during an agentic cycle. This prevents truncated final answers and truncated action inputs from reaching the parser or tool flow.

The new test covers only the initial _stream_llm call because its state has an empty scratchpad. A state with an AgentAction and matching tool response reaches a separate _stream_llm call. A truncated response there must raise before parsing, or truncated action input can reach tool execution.
