SWE gym tasks require containers to have root access. However, many infrastructure teams don't allow this. Could we modify the SWE gym tasks to work without root access?

    Hi @sergiopperez, we use apptainer to run the SWE tasks on machines without root access. Curious, what environment are you trying to run?
