The way overrides work for the configuration system is not a core concept, but it's in the "Concepts" section.
Description:
Move information about overrides for the Configuration System to a lower level detail page about the config files. Information about how one writes config files should be woven in an e2e tutorial for Gym #142 and/or a new page (perhaps under the About section).
