Merge Orchestrator to dev-2018

Prepare Orchestrator to be able to do the following

• Interact with Xbee to send/receive messages to/from vehicles
• Interact with ipcRenderer to interact with user interface (mainly the mission window)

To be more specific with the tasks above:

• recreate ListDIct
• recreate EventHandler
• recreate Mission
• recreate Vehicle
• create Xbee interfacing class
• recreate Orchestrator and make it talk to the Xbee class (remove its singleton feature in favor of a global import)
