Description:
I noticed in @adrifoster's FATES albedo results that upplim_destruct_metamorph seemed to have a positive effect on FSR in the regions where we're trying to melt snow / grow plants. Looking at other plots in #3 it seems like the low value for this parameter is what we want (100, which represents the CLM4 value.).

As with others in this series, I'd build on the Sturm case, #10
starting an AD spinup with initial conditions from the postAD Sturm run
