User Settings No longer Available for Local Repositories #581

Description

@Delfofthebla

I'm using the 0.36.0-prerelease.4 version

I have several synthesis patches that I've developed myself, and I have them listed in the list as local repositories. I used to be able to configure their User Settings as I would with any other synthesis patch, but that behavior seems to have been lost at some point. Here is what one of my patchers looks like when added as a github link: https://i.imgur.com/uJ1v9MC.png

And this is how it appears as a local repo: https://i.imgur.com/bV12hDW.png
The reload button of course, does nothing.
I've tried recompiling the local repository, I've tried removing it and re-adding it ( Like so: https://i.imgur.com/NEtXgKP.png )
It's always the same. A blank page under User Settings.

I'm not 100% certain that this issue is tied to the pre-release as I have not updated in a long while, but it definitely used to show my patcher's actual settings before.
