The current project's supported Python range (>=3.9.2,<4.0.0) is not compatible with some of the required packages Python requirement:
  - azure-functions requires Python >=3.13, so it will not be installable for Python >=3.9.2,<3.13

Because no versions of azure-functions match >2.0.0,<2.1.0
 and azure-functions (2.0.0) requires Python >=3.13, azure-functions is forbidden.
