Feature: Enhance bib permissions editor in organization dashboard #79
Description
Context
The organization dashboard allows editing bib permissions, but the current UI (likely a basic text input or simple checkboxes) could be improved for better UX.
Task
Enhance the bib permissions editor in the competition settings form with a more intuitive UI.
Acceptance Criteria
- Replace current input with custom selector
- Visual feedback showing what each permission means
- Proper translations (EN, FR, NL)
