[Bug]: Not able to set capabilities remotely

What happened?

We enable RAG and photos uploading.
And now the new features of web search in v 0.7.9 is also in consider.
But the new file attachment is not able to set properly

Steps to Reproduce

1. set the librechat.yaml file as following:

endpoints:

  agents:

    capabilities: ["file_search", "tools", "actions"]

2. rebuild the docker imgages with no cache
3. refresh the browser with no cache and open the remote librechat service, every of "upload for the text", "upload for code interpreter", "artifacts" are properly disabled.

What browsers are you seeing the problem on?

Hey! This specific error is caused by how the agent scratchpad is being handled.

LangChain's AgentExecutor expects the agent_scratchpad to be a list of message objects (AIMessage, HumanMessage, etc.), but often people mistakenly pass in a plain string.

You're likely doing something like:

agent_kwargs = {
    "agent_scratchpad": "some previous content"
}

But this will raise:

ValueError: Agent scratchpad should be a list of messages, not a string.

You should instead use LangChain's message objects. For example:

}

If you're using a memory module like ConversationBufferMemory, make sure it's returning messages too:

from langchain.memory import ConversationBufferMemory

memory = ConversationBufferMemory(return_messages=True)
