[Enhancement]: Support Gemini grounded web search combined with external tools

What features would you like to see added?

LibreChat currently seems to have a hard block on allowing using grounded web search for Gemini models when combined with external tools. I believe the Gemini API has recently been updated that would allow this combination, but LibreChat still shows the error "Usage of built-in Google tools are not supported with external tools. Please disable either the built-in tools or the external tools." when this is attempted.

We have the same issue. We would like to use Google Search in combination with our mcp server tools.
