Test Patrick's new enrollment for registry-test

We are not using enrollments which when users log in they do not have an account in COManage.

• Test the enrolments in registry for new accounts. Z_demo_self-signup (No Approval)
• Check Patrick's OIDC checker. https://github.com/patricksouth/OIDC-localhost-RP
• What happens if the user is already enrolled?
• Do people like it? Can it be streamlined with LOGIN, as in automatic enrollment with each login?
