Summary

Koala currently keeps the data for who voted on which option, but doesn't share this with the user on the dashboard. We should allow this to be visible.
However, some people may not want the organiser to see their vote, therefore a new 'anonymous' option should be given which is shown to the user and allows for the users IDs to not be shown on the UI.

Requirements

• Add a new 'anonymous' option on the vote component create modal
• If anonymous, respond with an obfuscated users message
• If anonymous and editing the vote to remove anonymous, all current user votes will be removed
• Add a drop down to the results tab on the UI to show the users who voted for a given choice
• Disable the dropdown if the vote is anonymous
