一般化・適用条件をarticle pipelineの必須gateとして実装する #161
Description
Short-context handoff
Goal
generalizable_insight/transfer_conditions/non_transfer_conditionsをcandidate生成からpublication判定まで必須化する。- 個別tool手順だけの記事や、狭い証拠からの過剰一般化をfail-closeする。

- candidate schema / prompt / deterministic editorial gate / tests。
Start here
STORY_FIELDS/VALUE_FIELDS/story_ready()とtopic生成promptの現行stateを確認する。- 3項目が欠けるfixtureをFAILにするtestを先に追加する。
- schema・prompt・gateを最小変更してtestを通す。
Do not
- 一般化のためにclaim boundaryを広げない。
- 専門記事・単一事例そのものを禁止しない。
- Article coreからauthor・GitHub・Zenn固有依存を分離する #160 のprovider / publisher分離を同時に実装しない。
Done when
- 3項目欠落candidateはpublishable stateへ進めない。
- tool固有手順だけでtransferable insightがないfixtureはFAIL。
- 単一事例でも適用条件と適用外条件を限定すれば表現できる。
- useful exitに再利用可能なdecision rule / comparison lens / experiment protocolの少なくとも1つが必要。
