Follow-up for the remaining AskUserQuestion issues found through the Conditions debug copy.

Changes:

  • points packages/claude-code-headless at claude-code-headless#31 / 2a4c407, which fixes multi-question header matching
  • makes single-select UI state mutually exclusive: picking an option clears custom text, typing custom text clears the selected option
  • labels the text path as or custom answer so it no longer reads like it can coexist with the selected single-choice option
  • shows resolver failures inline as Answer failed: <reason> at <step> instead of silently re-enabling the row

Why:

  • Claude renders multi-question tabs as Season ☐ Relax, but the semantic answer header is just Season; the resolver could reject/wait despite the visible question text matching exactly
  • the native row previously allowed single-select option state and free-text state to coexist, which made it unclear whether Submit would send a checkbox/option answer or custom text

Verification:

  • packages/claude-code-headless: npx tsc --noEmit --pretty false passes
  • simulated the pasted multi-question AUQ screen through @xterm/headless; parser now returns header: "Season" with the expected options
  • app: git diff --check passes
  • app: npx tsc -p tsconfig.web.json --noEmit --pretty false has no errors from this change; it still fails on existing baseline errors in:
    • src/renderer/src/features/debug/devModules/TranscriptSync/module.tsx:42
    • src/renderer/src/workspace/hook/actions/initialHistory.ts:158
    • src/renderer/src/workspace/hook/index.ts:266
