• records a fresh-session timestamp immediately before spawning Claude

Why

This addresses the narrow #290/#283 failure mode where Claude is live through proxy/semantic channels but Agent Code misses the root JSONL transcript because it appeared before the fresh-session watcher finished its initial snapshot.
