Here's an issue to track this work: domluna/JuliaFormatter.jl#283

• first step is to review the BlueStyle guide and determine what features would need adding to JuliaFormatter
• then we can start adding those features (after some discussion)
• then we can create a BlueStyle that uses the right mix of setting to "fix up" code syntax to be as close as we can reasonably get to this guide

JuliaFormatter.jl now works really well as a formatter for BlueStyle! See https://domluna.github.io/JuliaFormatter.jl/stable/blue_style/

There are a small number of missing features still, see domluna/JuliaFormatter.jl#283
But it's definitely useable as a formatter tool. Bugs can be reported at https://github.com/domluna/JuliaFormatter.jl/issues
