[feature]: add monzo pod integration for setting up accounts that can receive incoming transactions #1

We can use monzo to give the agent additional capability to also receive incoming transactions.
Here it is important that we must use logic that will automatically drain the pod of balances if received to precent missuse from the agent or not give it any tools to directly make transaction for the pod (just create to receive incoming transactions).
