ESP32-2432S028 "Cheap Yellow Display" (CYD) BLE-based display for showing glucose data on a cheap ESP32 TFT device. Connects by MAC address or scans by BLE name "M5Stack". Sends BG, insulin, and CoB data via a custom BLE protocol.
