5.15 Punchlist

Just collecting and tracking a bunch of little things I'd like to see get done before 5.15 is released.

Tasks

• Add documentation to the Pulsar docs for the recent changes on DLQ from this: Pulsar support for retry and DLQ #1333
• Clean up some TODO in MySql support. Move code back to Weasel
• Add the EF Core CI action
• Add a CI action for Marten tests, but that comes with some fixes
• Split sqlserver out of the persistence CI action?
• Split mysql out of the persistence CI action?
• Look at the repro steps for 🐛 Issue: FailurePolicy invoked multiple times after retries exhausted #2119 in the TC codebase
• Get the EF Core Weasel support working in Wolverine. Use that in EF Core tests. Get EF Core tests completely green
• Get the Marten test suites completely green
