Admitted to the dogfood queue by Jackson (board ask #33, 2026-09-01). Convert the user-reachable LegacySidebar per-folder new-thread actions to the Squadron carrier — same grammar as E7's converted doors (
docs/j5/product/features/squadron.mdE7; reachability proof required per seam rule 15). Board finding #148 carries the measurement.
