Plan item derived-plan-counts of spec-manager-devbook-followups (step 5).

The spec-manager adoption plan stated 469 requirement rows and 115 invariant bullets; the real figures were 498 and 119, because they were counted by hand.

  • backlog-import-plan/SKILL.md: a figure a plan states about its source material (rows, bullets, files, chapters) comes from a command run while writing the plan, and the entry names that command so the step can re-derive it. Where no command can produce one, the plan states none.
  • No plan-review.html check. A digit-plus-noun heuristic is not reliable. Run over the live spec-manager-devbook-followups plan, its only hit is this item's own history line, which is a false positive. It misses spelled-out counts such as "five fixture configs". It also cannot tell a named command from any other backtick span.
  • backlog-tools moves to 0.12.1 in plugin.json and marketplace.json. The marketplace entry was stale at 0.11.2.

No devbook change. .devbook/ai/01-plan.md records the skill's adoption, not its individual rules.

Personal Validation: approved. Validation: nothing to run (instruction text only).

A figure a plan states about its source material comes from a command
run while writing the plan, named in the entry; otherwise no figure.
No review-view check: a digit-plus-noun heuristic is not reliable.
