Summary
Arc42 chapters were restating domain vocabulary and data shapes that already
live in
.domain(aggregates, published-language contracts, context map). Thiscreates two sources of truth that can drift. This PR replaces the duplicated
content with
relatedlinks to the authoritative.domainchapters, per the"link out, don't restate" convention already established for ADRs/TDRs.
