feat(raycast): add maintainer queue commands

Summary

• Closes feat(raycast): add maintainer queue commands #115.
• Add a dependency-free Raycast maintainer command adapter over the existing Gittensory API surfaces.
• Support repo input normalization, queue intelligence loading, installation health summaries, public-surface mode summaries, and preview-only public-safe command output.
• Keep private queue context in the local Raycast response and prevent private reviewability/scoring/wallet/reward language from being copied into public preview packets.

Scope

• This PR is focused and does not mix unrelated backend, UI, MCP, docs, dependency, and deploy changes.
• This follows CONTRIBUTING.md and does not reintroduce GitHub Pages, VitePress, site/, or CNAME.
• I linked an issue, or this is small enough that the summary explains why an issue is not needed.

• None. npm run test:ci passed locally. Coverage summary: statements 99.07%, branches 97.00%, functions 98.41%, lines 99.66%.

Safety

• No secrets, wallet details, hotkeys, coldkeys, user PATs, private keys, raw trust scores, private rankings, or private maintainer evidence are exposed.
• Public GitHub text stays sanitized, low-noise, and does not imply compensation guarantees or optimization tactics.
• Auth, cookie, CORS, GitHub App, Cloudflare, or session changes include negative-path tests.
• API/OpenAPI/MCP behavior is updated and tested where needed.
• UI changes use live API data or real empty/error/loading states, not production mock/demo fallbacks.
• Visible UI changes include screenshots or a short recording.
• Public docs/changelogs are updated where needed; changelogs are only edited for release-prep PRs.

Notes

• No visible UI change or screenshot: this adds a testable Raycast adapter layer, not a rendered UI route.
• No OpenAPI change: the adapter consumes existing /v1/repos/:owner/:repo/intelligence, /v1/repos/:owner/:repo/settings, /v1/installations/:id/health, and /v1/app/commands/preview endpoints.
• No dependency or lockfile changes.

A few notes:

• The queue adapter lands a useful Raycast integration layer without exposing private scoring or reviewability details.
• The test coverage is enough for the adapter behavior in this PR.
• No code changes requested from me.
