Parent epic: PMF onboarding funnel (link below). Milestone M0.

Goal

Run the funnel for real on the 3 owned gittensor-registered repos and iterate to PMF. We are user #1.

Context

• Owner (jsonbored) owns awesome-claude, gittensory, metagraphed — all gittensor-registered and already running gittensory.
• One-step maintainer activation is one-step maintainer activation / instant-value onboarding #701 (hard dependency: repos must be frictionless landing pads).

Requirements / Deliverables

• Activate the no-account mode + conversion hook + advisory newcomer-guide on all 3 repos.
• Walk the newcomer path end-to-end on each (simulate a non-registered contributor) and log every drop-off.
• Weekly PMF review using the funnel dashboard (P4); fix the biggest drop, repeat.
• Capture a written PMF experiment log + learnings.

Outcome

Empirical PMF signal (or a clear 'not yet, here's the blocker') within 1–2 dogfood cycles — the fastest route to true PMF.
