Goal

Put Gittensory's gittensor-native signals where contributors and maintainers already work: directly on GitHub via a rebuilt browser extension, and via a new notifications layer. The killer use case: alert a miner the moment a review requests changes on their PR, so they fix it fast (faster fixes → higher merge rate → higher Gittensor score). We surface context the harness can't compute; we never replace the harness.

• A notifications service delivers the changes-requested alert end-to-end via the extension badge channel, decoupled from the research(mobile): validate native mobile vs PWA for maintainer digests #150 PWA research gate.

Cross-cutting acceptance criteria

Inherits the wave criteria (#525): npm run test:ci, 97%+ coverage, public/private output boundary, UI evidence gate for all visible changes.
