Problem: #4798's output and the generalized execution loop from Group G aren't connected yet.

Proposal: Wire the task-graph produced by intake directly into the generalized claim/code/submit loop, so a submitted idea flows through to real execution without manual handoff.

Deliverables:

• End-to-end wiring from idea submission to a running loop against the target repo.

Acceptance criteria:

• A submitted idea results in a running loop against the correct target repo with no manual step in between.

Boundaries:

• Blocked on Idea-intake API/MCP tool #4798 and Generalized plan → implement → test → submit loop #4786.
