feat(ui): reversal-rate + auto-action health card

Add one analytics card surfacing the reversal rate and recent auto-action count from computeAgentHealth (src/review/ops.ts AgentHealth) — how often humans reopened/reverted a bot auto-action. Read-only card over the existing health payload.

Deliverables

• New ReversalHealthCard typed to the AgentHealth interface (ops.ts:42-53: reversals, reversalRate, manualRate)
• Stats for reversalRate (as %), reversals count, manualRate; StatusPill status derived from a documented threshold
• List the reversed targets (ReversedTarget, ops.ts:34) when present, with an EmptyState (state-views.tsx:86) when none
• Wire into apps/gittensory-ui/src/routes/app.analytics.tsx
• Vitest test: zero-reversals, above-threshold, and empty-denominator (reversalRate 0 when recentAutoActions is 0) branches
