Context

We ship a contributor MCP + CLI (src/mcp, packages/gittensory-mcp), a predicted-gate (src/rules/predicted-gate.ts), and a review rubric (container-private review/CLAUDE.md + skills) — all metadata-only. There's no packaged "review my working tree before I open the PR" flow, and it must stay boundary-safe (the contributor's own agent does the AI; we never see source).

Goal

Package the predicted-gate + review rubric as a skill/CLI so the contributor's own agent reviews the working tree locally before opening a PR.

Requirements

• A skill/plugin + CLI command bundling predicted-gate + preflight + the review rubric; the contributor's agent runs the review locally and emits findings. gittensory supplies rubric/criteria/content only — no source upload, no contributor AI key held by us.
• Extend packages/gittensory-mcp (init-client, doctor) + the MCP planning prompts.

Deliverables

• Skill/plugin package + CLI command + docs + tests.

Expected outcome

• Contributors catch issues pre-PR; fewer gate rejections; strictly boundary-preserving.
