What changed

• Add a P control beside the Say To Me session ID button.
• Navigate parked sessions to /{environment}/{thread}/p with title, project, directory, and branch context in the query string.
• Render a lightweight parked-session page outside the authenticated app shell.

Why

Parking a session should leave a useful bookmark while avoiding WebSocket and environment initialization.

Validation

• Focused web formatting and typecheck pass.
• VoiceNotesBanner.test.tsx: 13 tests passed.
• Isolated browser verification confirmed the parked page renders and makes no API or WebSocket requests after navigation.
