In Pokémon, Pokerus is an insanely rare condition that doubles a Pokémon's EV gains and can spread across your Pokémon. To translate it in Pokermon, I had the idea to make the infected Joker always be at max energy. You acquire it and your cap is 3? It's energized 3 times. You buy Energy Search? Instantly energized to 5. And of course it can spread among your Jokers. But the catch is that it's insanely rare, obviously.
Note: the code probably isn't up to date with all the new naming conventions
